What are you stocking up on?
I believe this is a new 20% off, there are exclusions where the F&F didn't have many if any exclusions.
ReplyDeleteThe F&F sale had the same exclusions. (Discount was not applied to prestige cosmetics.) The only time where Ulta doesn't have exclusions is during their 25% off sale around the holidays in December. I can't wait for that one!! =)
